Job summary

Alliance Technical Group is seeking an Engine Testing-Field Project Technician to manage field test programs for industrial engines using FTIR equipment. This role serves as the in-field representative to clients and regulatory personnel.

You will conduct on-site testing, train new hires on field procedures, ensure safety and DOT compliance, and upload data daily to secure servers. This entry-level position offers hands-on field operations and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• College Graduates in Environmental Science encouraged to apply.
• Field testing and sampling methodologies experience preferred.
• Ability to interface with clients and regulators; professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site field testing (often solo analyst) per SOPs.
• Prepare test team and equipment prior to mobilization.
• Interface with Engine Testing Manager and client pre-job briefs.
• Ensure data quality and upload daily to secure servers.
• Train new hires on field procedures and calibrations.
• Maintain DOT compliance and safety procedures in all field activities.
