Job summary

Raba Kistner, Inc. is seeking a detailed-oriented Project Field Coordinator – CoMET to join our Consultants team in Gonzales, LA.

The Project Field Coordinator will oversee field activities, coordinate CoMET testing, sampling, and inspection services, and serve as the on-site liaison for communications between field teams and management. The role requires 5+ years of field/lab testing experience, relevant certifications, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Development (G.E.D.) required.
• Five (5) years or more of technical experience in field/laboratory testing.
• Must possess at least 2 current relevant industry certifications from ACI, NICET, TXDOT, ICC, PTI or other comparable certifications (e.g., ACI Field Grade 1, ACI Concrete Strength, TxDOT SB102, ICC Soils, NICET Level I).
• Possess a valid driver’s license and meet auto insurability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead field team, provide guidance, resolve on-site challenges, and ensure staff have resources and support to perform duties.
• Coordinate daily priorities and deadlines for field and on-site laboratory services with CoMET and other departments.
• Assist Dispatcher and Supervisor in technician assignments and testing material priorities.
• Meet with client representatives, contractors, architects/engineers to discuss testing, sampling, inspection needs.
• Oversee safety and maintenance of laboratory and field equipment; document training and testing proficiency.
