Job summary

Raba Kistner, Inc. seeks a Construction Materials Technician II or III to join the Gonzales, LA team. You will conduct field and laboratory testing, sampling, and inspection of construction materials, coordinating with field staff and project leads.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; may require one or more industry certifications such as ACI Field, ACI Concrete Strength, ACI Aggregates, TxDOT SB101–SB203 or other relevant certifications.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites; willingness to meet auto insurability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with dispatcher to ensure field and laboratory priorities and deadlines.
• Meet with project leads to coordinate testing, sampling or inspection of construction materials.
• Follow safety protocols for nuclear gauges and field equipment.
• Submit accurate testing/inspection reports daily.
• Drive company vehicles to job sites safely.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
