Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of NGO experience in finance or HR.
• Fluency in English and French (B2+).
• Computer literacy (MS Office); knowledge of HR/finance software preferred.

Aufgaben

• Calculate HR operational needs and the associated budget for each project.
• Plan, supervise and implement staffing processes including recruitment, briefing, induction and evaluation.
• Manage recruitment with safeguarding integration and staff development.
• Supervise, coach and develop the Finance and HR team with performance follow-up.
• Ensure HR and payroll processes comply with local laws and MSF policies.
