Job summary

The Bergaila Companies seeks a qualified Production Tech III in Carlsbad, NM to support and maintain field operations, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production equipment. You will work independently in the field, coordinating with operations and maintenance teams to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant facility performance.

Required are 5+ years in Oil & Gas, strong mechanical skills, and the ability to read technical documents and P&IDs, plus a GED.

Qualifications

5+ years of Oil & Gas production experience.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of production equipment and field operations.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and P&IDs.
Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel between field locations.
At least a GED degree.

Responsibilities

Support and maintain field operations by performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production equipment.
Ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operation of facilities.
Work independently in the field, coordinate with operations and maintenance teams, and troubleshoot complex issues while following safety standards.
