ICM Solutions LLC in Las Vegas area seeks a Product Support Sales Representative to lead sales of crushing, screening, conveying, and washing equipment. You will consult with customers to optimize ROI and service levels, travel to on-site operations, and coordinate with internal teams to meet growth targets.

The role emphasizes proactive selling, strong presentation and CRM usage, and building long-term customer relationships to drive revenue and customer success.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, preferably in crushing/mining equipment.
• Highly motivated with target-driven attitude.
• Familiar with CRM practices and relationship building.
• Strong selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent MS Office and presenting skills.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analyses to meet objectives.
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
• Resolve customer problems to maximize satisfaction.
• Achieve sales targets within schedule and time frame.
• Coordinate sales effort with internal teams and departments.
• Analyze territory/market potential and track sales.
• Supply management with reports on customer needs and competition.
• Travel daily/overnight to build relationships and provide on-site support.
