Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a senior Project Procurement Manager to lead procurement activities for a multi-location power project. You will guide scope development, procurement plans, and schedules while ensuring alignment with project budgets and corporate policies.

The role requires extensive procurement leadership, deep knowledge of AW Packaging, and supervision of field teams at temporary operating and jobsite locations. Bechtel offers strong rewards and career growth.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of Advance Work Packaging, supply chain risk and opportunities.
• Experience with Field Procurement operations at temporary operating and jobsite locations, including Construction execution, Purchasing, Inspection, Expediting, Traffic & Logistics, and field materials management.
• Skilled in supervision of personnel and managing training, career development and staffing.

Responsibilities

• Implement and deliver Supply Chain execution strategies to support project completion.
• Collaborate with project management to define scope, schedules, budgets and procurement plans.
• Ensure procurement operations comply with corporate, unit and project requirements and policies.
• Direct Field Purchasing, Expediting, Materials Management and Logistics to support timely turnover to construction.
• Plan and monitor staffing, salary plans, and personnel actions for field procurement teams.
