Job summary

Lam Research is seeking a Manager, Field Process to oversee field support for our customers. You will coordinate field engineers, technicians, and specialists handling complex equipment, software systems, and networks.

You’ll ensure teams stay up-to-date with upgrades and collaborate with design and software teams on reliability issues. The role emphasizes leadership, cross-functional communication, and the development of personnel to maintain high service quality in a fast-paced semiconductor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4-6 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the technical support of company customers by field engineers, technicians, and support specialists.
• Ensures engineers are current with upgrades and new releases.
• Establishes communication with design engineering and software development on reliability and maintenance issues.
• Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure efficient operation.
