Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Environmental or Chemical preferred; Mechanical or Electrical considered).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong technical writing, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
• Willingness to work with mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Comfortable use of hand and power tools and servicing equipment.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% – NY, CA, and OH.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot pilot testing equipment (pumps, mixers, valves, sensors, control systems, and chemical delivery systems).
• Design, build, and operate bench-scale and pilot-scale test setups.
• Conduct water and wastewater testing in laboratory and field environments.
• Support system start-ups, commissioning, and performance testing.
• Manage and execute assigned testing projects.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and operating manuals.
• Train and support clients or internal teams on pilot system operation.
• Communicate test results and findings to engineering and business teams.
