Veolia is seeking a Field Process Engineer to drive on-site process engineering support with Field Operations and coordinate field activities for innovation initiatives. You will work closely with customers on troubleshooting and future planning for their facilities, bridging technical teams with field operations to ensure operational excellence.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering or related science, 8+ years in water/wastewater treatment, and the ability to travel across North

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related physical science.
• Minimum 8 years of experience with water and wastewater treatment equipment.
• Willingness to travel 60–90 days per year across North America.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Field Operations Support: ensure water treatment projects operate to meet design requirements during commissioning and warranty periods.
• Support complex systems including RO, UF, ion exchange, and other technologies within design parameters.
• Review design parameters, P&ID, mass balances, and test requirements to plan startup activities.
• Communicate technical solutions to internal and external stakeholders to expedite project execution.
• Assist customers and field staff with SOPs and process training during commissioning and operation.
• Provide in-office and on-site technical support during installation, commissioning, and warranty periods.
• Collect and analyze operating data to troubleshoot operational challenges with Process Engineering and Field Operations.
• Collaborate with Process Engineering and Field Operations to address issues promptly.
