Job summary

Lam Research in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking a Field Process Engineer 2 to provide process support and DOE evaluations for Lam equipment at customer sites. You will develop new processes, conduct experiments, analyze data, and prepare reports with actionable recommendations.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams and customers is essential, along with clear communication of technical concepts. Ideal candidates have a Master’s in a related field and 2+ years of experience, proficiency in data

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Electronics, Chemistry, Physics, Material Science, or closely related field with 2+ years experience.
Proficiency with data analysis software and MS Office tools.
Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and on-call if needed.

Responsibilities

Provide process support and installation of Lam equipment at customer sites.
Conduct DOE evaluations to characterize process windows for installations or modifications.
Develop new processes for small variants to existing customer applications.
Conduct experiments, analyze data, and generate reports with recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to understand needs and roadmaps.
Represent Lam to customers and communicate technical and marketing materials.
