Job summary

Empire Southwest seeks experienced technicians to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain generators, switchgear, ATS, engines, and electrical systems in field environments, including hyperscale data centers. You may travel to remote locations, work extended overnight assignments, and communicate findings to clients and management.

CDL not always required, with a safety-sensitive role and strong English proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months related experience.
• DOT licensing, medical card, and endorsements as vehicle size dictates.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions and failures.
• Maintain good client relations and support for corporate objectives.
• Repair, recondition, and maintain equipment and components.
• Prepare service reports.
• Plan and control cost of repair jobs.
• Work safely and adhere to company policies.
