Job summary

Aggreko plc in Saint Louis, MO is seeking a Power or HVAC Technician 1 to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on generators, diesel engines, HVAC equipment and oil-free air compressors. You will travel daily in a company vehicle and work in the field or shop settings to support customer sites.

The role requires 2–5 years’ relevant experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license. TWIC/DOT card may be required. Overtime and weekend work are possible.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience working on power generators and/or commercial HVAC equipment
• High School diploma or GED
• May be required to obtain and maintain a TWIC card or valid DOT medical card
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to move or lift objects up to 75 lbs

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment and/or oil free air compressors at shop or field
• Troubleshoot equipment failures at shop and customer sites and perform repairs
• Work in the field with local travel daily in company vehicle, with potential overtime and weekends
• Set up and operate equipment at shop or customer sites, solo or with another technician
