Job summary

Fiddlers Creek Management is seeking a detail-oriented POA Compliance Inspector to join our team and help ensure the communities remain well-maintained and compliant with established standards.

The Inspector will conduct routine property inspections across assigned communities, document findings with photos, and coordinate follow-up items with the Community Management Team while driving between locations.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for photo, documentation, and data entry.
• Ability to work independently and manage a daily inspection route and schedule.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Professional and courteous demeanor with homeowners.
• Comfortable using technology and learning property management software.

Responsibilities

• Drive to and inspect assigned communities per schedule.
• Identify violations of community guidelines and property-related concerns.
• Apply different community rules accurately and fairly.
• Understand the POA Design Review Process.
• Take photos and notes to document inspection findings.
• Enter inspection results into the property management software.
• Identify and report common-area maintenance needs.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and management team.
• Coordinate follow-up items with the management team.
• Maintain an organized inspection route and daily schedule.
• Follow traffic laws while traveling between communities.
• Maintain records of inspections.
• Report findings to management.
• Provide information for Fining Committee if called upon.
