Job summary

Hugg and Hall Equipment Company is seeking a Preventative Maintenance Tech to perform in-field maintenance on material handling equipment within a designated territory. You will operate with a safety-first mindset and communicate progress with customers and team members.

The role requires hands-on mechanical aptitude, 21+ years old, and a high school diploma or equivalent, with opportunities for training, certifications, and advancement.

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months to 1 year hands-on experience as a service technician in material handling equipment or mechanical training/education
• Own a complete line of tools including specialized tools for customer sites
• Basic computer skills and valid driver’s license with clean record
• Must be 21 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance tasks in the field on construction equipment to prolong lifespan
• Communicate progress and updates to customers and coworkers in a courteous, effective manner
• Maintain a safe working environment and comply with safety laws while on-site and when operating company vehicles
