Qualifications

• ICC Plumbing Inspector Certificate (Residential and Commercial) within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections for compliance with codes and safety standards in residential and commercial work.
• Inspect plumbing and gas piping systems and communicate discrepancies and code requirements to customers.
• Maintain records using field electronic devices and monitor permits and inspections.
• Investigate complaints and assist management and legal staff in addressing violations.
• Keep required certifications through continuing education and stay updated on code changes.
