Job summary

Archon Resources LLC is seeking a skilled Technical Support Technician to join our team in Tulsa, OK. The role provides remote and on-site support for high-security barrier and fence products, with a focus on PLC troubleshooting and system diagnostics.

You will install, repair, and maintain PLC-controlled systems, read electrical/hydraulic schematics, and produce detailed service reports while traveling to customer sites up to 30% of the time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with technical training preferred.
• Experience reading electrical and hydraulic schematics and installation prints.
• Proven field service/technical support experience in high-security products.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming service requests and prioritize tasks.
• Conduct on-site visits to install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot high-security barrier and fence systems.
• Diagnose issues in PLC-controlled systems and communicate solutions.
• Create detailed service reports and maintain equipment history.
