Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 0-2 years of experience with DOT Pipeline Safety and Part 195 Regulations.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and driving record satisfactory to the Company and its insurers.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team, take direction, prioritize tasks, and follow procedures.
• Basic computer, math, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Locate and mark facilities per the Damage Prevention Program and One-Call procedures.
• Perform pipeline patrols, density and leak surveys, inspections, and coordinate local prevention activities.
• Oversee asset protection and compliance with procedures for excavation near pipelines.
• Inspect and oversee third party construction and maintenance near facilities; complete documentation and reporting.
• Train and supervise company and third‑party personnel as required.
• Participate in safety programs and develop site procedures and work plans.
• Maintain data entry and record keeping and interface with operations and regulators.
