Job summary

XCEL NDT LLC is seeking a Pipeline Integrity Technician to support the integrity management program for pipelines and infrastructure. You will perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs to prevent failures, using NDT methods and inline inspection tools.

The role requires attention to safety and compliance, data analysis, and effective communication with engineers and field operators. Travel to field locations will be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or technical certification preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in pipeline integrity, maintenance, or related field.
• Extensive experience with non-destructive testing methods and inline inspection tools.

Responsibilities

• Inspect pipelines using NDT methods (UT, MFL, radiography, visual).
• Monitor pipeline conditions with inline tools and cathodic protection systems.
• Maintain records and report findings; ensure regulatory compliance and safety practices.
