Job summary

Kinder Morgan is seeking a Construction Supervisor to oversee safe, reliable construction and maintenance of natural gas pipelines in the Williston Basin. The role focuses on field leadership, contractor coordination, and strict adherence to company standards.

The position requires moving between sites, coordinating with operations, project management, and inspectors, while maintaining QA/QC and safety documentation. A williston-residence and valid license are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management preferred or five years of relevant experience.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office; excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to generate and manage detailed scopes of work, BOMs, procedures, and field instructions.
• Valid state driver’s license and permanent residence in Williston Basin.
• AWS-CWI and CIP certifications desirable; PMP, API 1169, ASNT desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pipeline construction and maintenance projects for operations.
• Communicate with operations leadership for guidance and training.
• Liaise between project management and operations.
• Maintain accurate spreadsheets and documentation.
• Provide leadership to operations teams, contractors, and inspectors; enforce policies and procedures.
