Job summary

CoVolt Power in Texas is seeking field-based Operators to join the Mechanical Scope team on our solar and BESS projects. The role is hands-on and located at the project site in Krum, TX; you will operate pile driving equipment and support safe, efficient construction.

The ideal candidate has a GED or equivalent, at least 1 year of experience, and relevant equipment certifications. You must pass safety rules, read manuals, lift heavy loads, and work outdoors in all conditions; strong teamwork is

Qualifications

• GED or equivalent education required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in construction/field roles.
• Equipment certifications as required.
• Current driver’s license with appropriate endorsements as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Operate pile driving equipment per project requirements.
• Follow safety regulations and report field decisions.
• Provide timely documentation of field decisions and reporting (Tier Boards/Production Tracking).
