Job summary

Women’s Imaging Specialists is seeking a dynamic Physician Liaison Representative to grow our patient referral network in Sandy Springs, GA and surrounding areas. You will build relationships with OB/GYNs, primary care physicians, and concierge practices, educating providers on 3D mammography, breast ultrasound, and bone densitometry.

This role is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with benefits starting after 61 days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in outside routing sales, pharmaceutical sales, or medical business development preferred.
• Knowledge of women’s health services, OB/GYN medical terminology, or diagnostic imaging preferred.
• Excellent presentation, active listening, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel with valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Drive referrals through daily field visits to physician offices.
• Manage relationships with practice managers, referral coordinators, and physicians.
• Educate providers on imaging technology, radiologist team, and turnaround times.
• Resolve scheduling bottlenecks between referring offices and clinics.
• Track daily activities and market trends using CRM software.
• Coordinate local educational lunches, networking events, and community wellness initiatives.
