Job summary

Terminix Service, Inc. is seeking a Pest Control Technician to own and manage a service route, providing pest control for residential and commercial properties. You will perform inspections, recommend solutions, and sell services while scheduling and managing your daily route.

This field-based role offers strong earning potential with commissions and bonuses, company vehicle from day one, and paid time off. Training is provided, and a clean driving record is required.

Qualifications

• No experience required – paid training provided.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Must be able to wear respirator as required by safety protocols.
• Comfortable working independently and outdoors.
• Able to work in crawl spaces, attics, and varying weather conditions.
• Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs. occasionally.
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide pest control services at residential & commercial properties.
• Perform home inspections and recommend solutions.
• Sell services to new and existing customers.
• Schedule appointments and manage your daily route.
