Terminix Service, Inc. is hiring a Pest Control Technician to own and manage a service route, building relationships with customers. You will provide pest control services at homes and businesses, perform inspections, and sell services while scheduling daily routes.

The role is field-based with no desk work, offering unlimited earning potential through commissions and bonuses, plus a company vehicle from Day 1 and strong growth opportunities within a family-owned company.

Qualifications

• No experience required; paid training provided.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Must be able to wear a tight-fitting respirator as required by safety protocols.
• Comfortable working independently and outdoors.
• Able to work in crawl spaces, attics, and varying weather conditions.
• Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs. occasionally.
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus.
