Job summary

Terminix Service, Inc. in Columbia, SC, is seeking a Pest Control Technician to own and manage your service route, providing residential and commercial pest control and building strong customer relationships.

The role is field-based with substantial earning potential through commissions and incentives. You’ll receive paid training, a company vehicle from Day 1, and opportunities to advance within a long-standing, family-owned company.

Qualifications

• No experience required - paid training provided!
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check & drug screening
• Must be able to wear a tight-fitting respirator as required by safety protocols
• Comfortable working independently and outdoors
• Able to work in crawl spaces, attics, and varying weather conditions
• Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs. occasionally
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide pest control services at residential & commercial properties
• Perform home inspections and recommend solutions
• Sell services to new and existing customers
• Schedule appointments and manage your daily route
