Job summary
The Terminix International Company Limited Partnership is hiring an Innovation/Utility Specialist in Chesapeake, VA to perform pest control inspections, install termite control systems, and carry out TAP insulation installation. You will assist with light construction and exclusion work while delivering quality service to residential and commercial clients.
You will communicate with customers to explain services, ensure satisfaction, and follow safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED, related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and local regulations (covered by us).
- Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
- Basic math skills for measurements and product mixing.
Responsibilities
- Perform pest control inspections and services for residential and commercial clients.
- Install and maintain termite control systems.
- Install TAP insulation and complete prep/cleanup.
- Assist with light construction and minor repairs related to pest damage.
- Communicate with customers to explain services and provide guidance.
- Complete production forms documenting services.
