Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking Pest Control Consultants to sell industry-leading pest management services to residential customers. You’ll assess customer needs, propose solutions, and drive revenue while representing a national brand in your local community.

You will work with sales, service, and technicians, using our CRM to map homes and follow up on proposals. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% within assigned territories.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians.
• Partner with Branch Manager to identify revenue streams and develop proposals.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM to map the customer home.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations as needed.
• Record daily activities and sales performance in the Sales CRM.
