Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell our pest management services to residential customers. You will be the face of the national brand in your local community, assessing customer needs and applying expertise to recommend and sell pest control solutions.

You will collaborate with the service team and leverage our CRM to document home diagrams, proposals, and follow-ups. A valid driver’s license, strong communication, and 1–2 years in pest control or sales are

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territories.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and upsell services.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM for clear customer understanding.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
