Arum? Aruza LLC is actively seeking a customer-focused Pest Control Assistant in Charlotte, NC. The role involves delivering an outstanding first-impression experience, performing pest control treatments, and educating customers on preventive measures.

You will work closely with office staff and service managers, follow routes, maintain records, and adhere to safety and regulatory standards. The position requires valid licensing, a clean MVR, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in pest control or related field is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times.
• Must have a current and valid driver’s license and pass an MVR check.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work Monday-Friday and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Create our customer’s first-impression experience.
• Exemplify excellent customer service and professionalism.
• Inspect and perform pest control treatments for customers using high-quality and environmentally responsible products.
• Educate customers on pest prevention and recommend necessary actions to keep their properties pest-free.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills as you interact with customers, office staff, and service managers.
• Follow a daily schedule (route), ensuring timely arrival at each account.
• Follow all safety protocols and comply with local, state, and federal regulations regarding pest control.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest pest control techniques, products, and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatments applied and follow-up recommendations.
• Maintain and clean pest control equipment and company vehicle.
• Possess a high level of professionalism and integrity.
• Other tasks as assigned by management.
