Job summary

Bug Master Exterminating Services seeks a Pest Control Technician to deliver high-quality pest control services, maximize route efficiency, and boost customer retention. You will own the field customer experience, ensure accurate service execution to company standards, and minimize callbacks while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include completing routes daily, educating customers on pest issues and prevention, and maintaining professional vehicle and work areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing or service-related role preferred.
• Strong organizational, verbal and written communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned route daily with minimal missed stops and reschedules.
• Perform treatments according to label, company standards, and defined scope.
• Educate customers on pest issues, treatments, and prevention.
• Maintain daily records and documentation in real time; communicate findings.
• Achieve production targets while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance (TDA).
• Maintain vehicle, tools, and equipment in clean, working order.
• Escalate issues or unresolved concerns promptly to support staff.
