Responsibilities

• Review and analyze site performance metrics and KPIs.
• Identify performance gaps and partner with Suppliers to implement improvements.
• Conduct on-site root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Plan daily/weekly site visits to meet targets and improve market performance.
• Support project teams with site access and drawings validation for customer meetings.
• Develop process improvements and tool enhancements with Automation teams.
