Job summary

STI is seeking a Field Performance Advisor to drive optimal performance and continuous improvement across supplier sites in Salt Lake City, UT. Qualifications

• Minimum relevant work/industry experience of 7+ years.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with providing design solutions and guidance on order of operations.
• Strong knowledge of general construction processes & procedures.
• Experience in managing and directing general contractor suppliers, construction scope estimation.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze site performance metrics (cycle time, COP first time right, JHA compliance, tool utilization, build quality).
• Identify performance gaps and partner with Suppliers to implement corrective actions.
• Conduct on-site root-cause analyses and troubleshoot performance deficiencies.
• Plan daily/weekly site visits to meet targets and improve market performance.
• Support senior project management and safety teams with site reviews and construction drawings.
