USA Compression Partners, LP is seeking a Materials Representative to maintain accurate spare parts inventory and support the field services team with high-quality service. The role involves deliveries, inventory counts, and vendor coordination.

The position requires a high school diploma and at least two years in materials management or warehousing, with basic invoicing knowledge and a valid driver's license. Strong organizational skills and a can-do attitude are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years in materials management / inventory warehousing.
• Preferred 1 year in natural gas industry.
• Basic understanding of invoicing procedures.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable MVR.
• Able to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Make deliveries and pick up spare parts and supplies.
• Count spare parts inventory to ensure accuracy.
• Place orders with vendors for spare parts and supplies.
• Ship and receive parts orders using barcode scanner and software.
• Maintain warehouse, field storage and office areas.
• Process field service order requests by phone or email.
• Participate in safety training and improve safety guidelines.
• Maintain company vehicle with routine maintenance.
• Track outstanding core parts and return cores for credit.
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack).
• Reconcile invoices.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by supervisor.
