DaBella is seeking motivated Field Canvassers in the United States. You will be the first contact with homeowners, initiating conversations, building rapport, and scheduling free appointments for the sales team. No closing is required; just effective conversations and quality leads.

The role offers a base pay of $20.00/hour with uncapped bonuses and real opportunity to grow through performance, training, and a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Positive, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Walk and stand for extended periods while canvassing neighborhoods.
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.
• No closing required; focus on conversations and appointments.
• Sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Knock on doors in residential neighborhoods to introduce services.
• Engage homeowners, build rapport, and identify potential needs.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Deliver clear pitches about services and benefits.
• Track daily activity and leads generated.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
