Job summary

PrideGlobal's client, a leading technology and e-commerce company, seeks a Field Representative to drive local candidate attraction in an assigned market. The role pays $23-$25/hour (W2) and requires commuting to the market with a flexible 32-hour schedule, including weekends.

You will visit community partners, share materials, support events, and report weekly metrics while building local partnerships and following the MRS playbook.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must live in or be able to reliably commute to the assigned market.
• Ability to work independently in the field while following established processes and direction from the MRS.
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills, particularly for tracking and reporting activities.
• Comfortable engaging with community members, local businesses, community organizations, and associates.
• Flexible availability for a 32-hour weekly schedule, which may include weekends, early mornings, and evenings.
• Previous experience in field outreach, canvassing, community engagement, grassroots marketing, event support, staffing, recruiting, or workforce development is preferred.
• Familiarity with local businesses, organizations, and community resources is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute weekly in-market candidate attraction activities according to an established playbook.
• Place, refresh, and maintain recruiting collateral, including flyers, posters, and QR codes.
• Visit community partner locations and ensure recruiting materials are visible and up to date.
• Distribute referral materials and engage with associates to encourage candidate referrals.
• Support local hiring events, job fairs, community outreach, and grassroots recruiting activities.
• Conduct canvassing and door-to-door business outreach, as well as outreach at high-traffic community locations.
• Build and maintain relationships with local community organizations and business partners.
• Collect and report local market intelligence, including competitor signage, community feedback, and transportation barriers.
• Maintain accurate activity tracking logs and submit weekly activity reports.
• Serve as a Referral Ambassador at the assigned site and support local candidate attraction efforts.
• Coordinate closely with the Market Response Specialist (MRS), following the provided strategy and playbook.
