Aditi Consulting is seeking a Candidate Attraction In-Market Support for a seasonal, field-based role in the United States. You will execute in-market activities weekly under the guidance of the Market Response Specialist, visiting partner locations and supporting local hiring events.

Responsibilities include canvassing, materials refreshes, and reporting. The position requires reliable transportation, strong organizational skills, and a flexible 32-hour workweek with possible weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Execute weekly in-market activities as outlined in the playbook.
• Visit community partners to maintain hiring materials and QR codes.
• Distribute referral program materials on-site and engage associates.
• Attend and support local hiring events and community outreach.
• Conduct grassroots canvassing and post in high-traffic locations.
• Collect and report local market observations to the MRS.
• Maintain logs of locations visited and materials placed.
• Provide weekly activity reports to the MRS.
• Act as Referral Ambassador and coordinate with community partners.
