SRI Telecom seeks an OSP Construction Specialist in Berlin, CT, to contribute to cross-functional project teams. This role is 80% field and 20% office, with audits, inspections, and coordination across multiple locations.

You will manage milestones, track life cycle SLAs, and liaise with BOC/CPM/FPM, permit coordinators, specialists, and sales. The ideal candidate has coax and fiber OSP construction experience, strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills, and is willing to

Qualifications

• Telecommunications OSP Construction experience in both fiber and coax.
• Coax AND fiber experience is required.
• Willingness to travel as needed. Fleet/vehicle not provided.

Responsibilities

• Audit in single or multiple locations; complete inspections on nodes, amplifiers, power supplies, fiber taps, and enclosures.
• Create jobs in JT/Polaris; manage milestones and life cycle SLA exceptions.
• Coordinate with BOC, CPM, FPM, permit coordinators, specialists, and sales; report to management.
• Manage materials and reconciliation; oversee QC checklists (materials, invoice, pictures, footages).
• Work 80% in field and 20% in office; demonstrate strong task ownership and timely delivery.
