JBC Campaigns LLC in New Hampshire is hiring a Field Organizer for a travel-based, full-time role through Election Day. You will recruit and train canvassers, develop daily canvassing plans, and manage field logistics to meet program goals.

The position requires coordinating with the Field Director, ensuring data accuracy, and delivering progress reports. Travel and flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in political, community, or grassroots organizing preferred.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and motivate others.
• Ability to solve problems creatively in the field.
• Comfortable with apps and data-entry tools; experience with VAN or similar voter software preferred.
• Able to work long and irregular hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Help develop and carry out organizing strategy and daily canvassing plans.
• Recruit, train, and support canvassers in assigned areas.
• Assist with Day 1 onboarding, paperwork and I-9 verification, and program training.
• Coordinate turf assignments and daily field logistics alongside the Field Director.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry and tracking throughout the program.
• Provide quantitative and qualitative reports on canvassing progress.
• Canvass alongside the team as needed (approximately 4–6 hours a day, depending on the day).
• Help identify outreach hotspots and gather success stories to share internally and externally.
• Follow all state and local rules that apply to the program.
• Perform other duties as needed.
