JOB DESCRIPTION

Christina for Congress is seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Organizer to help power the campaign’s direct voter contact and volunteer recruitment efforts to ensure we flip Michigan’s 10th Congressional District this November. This is a full-time position starting September 1, 2026 and ending November 10, 2026. Applicants will be reporting to the Organizing Director and Deputy Organizing Director, and will occasionally be expected to work beyond normal business hours, including some weeknights and weekends.

Main Tasks

• Direct voter contact and volunteer recruitment with a weekly door attempt goal, weekly phone attempt goal, and weekly volunteer recruitment call goal, and corresponding supporter ID and completed volunteer shift goals. Goal weeks will begin on Fridays and end on Thursdays.
• Staffing in-district events
• Launching canvasses
• Running and managing phonebanks
• Delivering yard signs

Compensation

You will receive $4,000 - $5,000 per month as compensation, commensurate with experience. You will also receive a general election win bonus, depending on satisfactory performance reviews. Supporter housing is available.

Office Environment

This is a field position. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, reliable access to an insured vehicle, and the ability to navigate suburban neighborhoods and complete assigned turfs as efficiently as possible.
