Job summary

Progressive Turnout Project is seeking a Field Organizer in Arizona to expand our pro-democracy field program for the 2026 cycle. You will recruit, train, and supervise volunteers, supporting down-ballot organizing and ensuring effective community engagement.

You will report to a Regional Organizing Director and collaborate with county committees to maximize our reach and impact for pro-democracy campaigns.

Qualifications

• Ability to recruit volunteers across counties.
• Experience training volunteers and coordinating field teams.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and manage volunteers across the assigned county.
• Support the field organizing program in Arizona and report to the Regional Organizing Director.

Multiple County Committees in Arizona are seeking highly motivated and talented Field Organizers passionate about expanding our work to elect pro-democracy candidates to state and local positions across Arizona in the fall 2026 cycle. As a Field Organizer, you will play a critical role in expanding our field impact down the ballot and help protect the administration of our elections for the future. This position requires a strong ability to recruit, train, and manage volunteers and support the overall organizing program across the county you are assigned to.
