Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Eight years of experience in related field.
• Preferred: WebEOC or related emergency management systems.
• Must possess a valid Texas driver’s license or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced emergency management technology support in field operations.
• Install, operate, maintain, and administer field tech solutions.
• Coordinate operations tech support including AV hardware.
• Develop procedures and training materials.
• Travel up to 75% and deploy to disaster sites.
• Drive assigned vehicles and support crisis operations.
• Maintain security controls over emergency management tech.
• Prepare briefings and reports on field tech efficiency.
