Responsibilities

• Supervises staff, including hiring, training, and performance reviews.
• Oversees operations across lab, services, and field activities.
• Resolves questions and coordinates responses with customers.
• Ensures test data accuracy and audits databases.
• Leads or reviews tests, forms, documents and records.
• Provides analysis and guidance on policies and programs.
• Analyzes operations to identify trends and improvements.
• Participates in department objectives and project planning.
• Interprets policies and regulations; supports compliance.
• Contributes to team and work unit goals.
