Ecco Living is seeking a Field Operations Technician to turn over, prepare, and inspect our residential apartments across Los Angeles. You will travel between properties daily, ensuring units are ready for residents and documenting conditions.

This hands-on, field role requires a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license. Mileage is reimbursed, with a structured Monday–Friday schedule and a competitive hourly rate.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and inspect apartments for upcoming move-ins.
• Complete move-in and move-out inspections and document unit condition.
• Inspect apartment condition, cleanliness, and appliances.
• Set up and troubleshoot WiFi, routers, TVs, and smart devices.
• Resolve minor readiness issues with basic tools.
• Identify and document property issues needing attention.
• Deliver keys, supplies, and equipment between properties.
• Take photos and maintain records of completed assignments.
• Keep the office updated on apartment readiness and outstanding items.

Field Operations Technician – Apartment Turns & Move-Ins.

$24 to $25 per hour | Full time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. | Mileage reimbursed.

A reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license are required. This is a field role, not a desk job. You will be on the road between our apartments across Los Angeles every day, with mileage reimbursed.

Ecco Living is hiring a Field Operations Technician to turn over, prepare, and inspect our residential apartments throughout Los Angeles.

This is an active, hands on position for someone who is dependable, organized, detail oriented, and good at solving problems. You will travel between our properties throughout the day to make sure apartments are properly prepared, inspected, and ready for residents.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and inspect apartments for upcoming move ins.
• Complete move in and move out inspections and document unit condition.
• Check apartment condition, cleanliness, furniture, supplies, appliances, keys, locks, and access.
• Set up and troubleshoot WiFi, routers, TVs, smart locks, and other basic technology.
• Resolve minor readiness issues using basic hand tools.
• Identify and document property issues that need attention.
• Deliver keys, supplies, and equipment between properties.
• Take photos and maintain accurate records of completed assignments.
• Keep the office updated on apartment readiness and outstanding items.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle you can use during the workday.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with little supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills.
• Comfortable with hands on tasks and basic technology.
• Organized and able to manage multiple assignments across different properties in a day.
• Professional communication by phone, text, email, and mobile apps.
• Previous experience in apartment turns, make ready, unit inspections, property operations, hospitality, residential services, or a similar hands on field role is preferred.
  
  

What We Offer

• $24.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience.
• Full time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Mileage reimbursement for all work related driving.
