Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience managing technicians or crews in related fields.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair small engines and high-pressure equipment.

• Serve as Lead Technician on exterior cleaning projects ensuring quality and safety.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and motivate technicians to elevate performance.
• Manage equipment and fleet maintenance for smooth operations.
• Coordinate warehouse stock and schedules for crews efficiently.
• Direct and quality-audit field crews remotely and on-site.
