Job summary

Responsibilities

• Spend most of the workday outdoors, inspecting trailers and coordinating yard activity.
• Generate rental agreements and coordinate work with vendors in compliance with company procedures.
• Manage and reconcile equipment inventory and assist with transfers between branches.
• Ensure customers have proper insurance prior to renting a trailer and assist AR collections as needed.
• Handle daily administrative tasks and respond to inquiries from customers.
