Job summary

Prairieland FS, Inc. is seeking an Operations Technician in Missouri to support agronomy and energy services. You will operate blending equipment, load inventories, and ensure safe, accurate deliveries while maintaining records and complying with regulations.

This role emphasizes safety, teamwork and customer service, with opportunities for overtime, commission or bonus based on performance.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; agriculture/energy experience preferred.
Familiarity with agronomy and energy products; safe handling of hazardous materials.
Mechanical aptitude; ability to operate and maintain equipment.
Experience with inventory management preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; team player.

Responsibilities

Operate blending and mixing equipment to prepare agricultural products as directed.
Load and unload energy products and agricultural inputs with safe procedures.
Assist with handling, delivery, and storage of energy products; ensure timely delivery and good customer service.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inventory, and inspections.
Operate and maintain energy equipment (fuel tanks, trucks, pumps) with safety compliance.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment; perform inspections and routine maintenance.
Manage inventory by receiving, storing, and organizing agronomy products.
Document and record product usage and deliveries; keep records up to date.
Maintain paperwork for compliance and regulatory standards; document handling and storage.
