Yoh Life Sciences is seeking a Field Operations Technician in Austin/Hutto, TX to ensure safe, reliable operation of natural gas pressure reduction and distribution systems. The role emphasizes safety, environmental compliance, and customer communication while maintaining high‑pressure equipment.

The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent, at least one year of relevant experience, and a clean driving record. Expect up to 60% overnight travel; shift is M-F 8-5.

Yoh Life Sciences is hiring for a Field Operations Technician in Austin/ Hutto, TX. The Field Operations Technician ensures the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of natural gas pressure reduction and distribution systems and associated equipment. In this vital role, you will maintain high-pressure equipment, deliver exceptional customer communication, and strictly prioritize safety and environmental compliance.

Title: Field Operations Technician

Duration: Direct Hire

Pay: $65,000 - 72,000 DOE

Locations: Austin or Hutto

Travel: Up to 60% overnight travel required

Shift: M-F 8-5pm

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain various natural gas field equipment and systems (e.g., pressure regulators, separators, control devices, distribution systems).
• Instruct third-party personnel on the proper operation of natural gas field equipment.
• Assist in repairing trailers and addressing customer requests.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance.
• Monitor and manage parts inventory for the assigned area.
• Serve as the primary contact for customer communications on behalf of PWRtek.
• Adhere to all required Company trainings, policies, and procedures.

Requirments

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of relevant work experience.
• Strong commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.
• Clean driving record.
• Basic computer skills and understanding of pneumatic systems (training provided).
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of fracturing, acidizing, and other industry-related practices (preferred).
• General understanding of relevant safety and security protocols.

Estimated Min Rate: $65000.00

Estimated Max Rate: $72000.00
