Job Description

We’re currently seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Field Operations Support Staff. This role is responsible for preparing and maintaining playing fields, including lining fields for sports like softball, kickball, soccer, and flag football.

This is a hands‑on, outdoor role that plays a critical part in ensuring our leagues run smoothly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Line and prepare fields prior to scheduled games (bases, boundaries, sidelines, etc.)
• Assist with field setup, including goals, cones, and equipment placement
• Ensure fields meet FXA standards for playability and safety
• Perform basic field maintenance as needed (touch‑ups between games, re‑lining high‑traffic areas)
• Coordinate with league staff to ensure all fields are ready on time
• Troubleshoot and adjust field layouts based on weather or field conditions

Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality setup
• Ability to lift and carry equipment (40–50 lbs)
• Reliable transportation to and from field locationsAvailability during evenings and/or weekends
• Ability to work independently and stay on schedule
• Prior experience with field lining or sports operations is a plus, but not required
