Job summary

Exo Group, LLC is seeking a Field Operations Supervisor to lead daily field activities for wood pole inspection and related infrastructure projects. You will ensure safety, schedule adherence, budget alignment, and high-quality outcomes while serving as the primary liaison between field crews, project management, and customers.

You will develop high-performing teams, enforce OSHA standards, oversee payroll and expenses, and travel as required (75%+).

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of field operations or supervisory experience in utility, wood pole inspection, construction, or related industry.
• Ability to travel 75%+ including overnight stays.
• Strong leadership, communication, and data review skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage daily field activities to meet schedules.
• Assign work to crews based on certification and project needs.
• Monitor production metrics and address delays and safety.
• Lead safety meetings, THAs, and audits.
• Coordinate with project management and customers to ensure scope and budget alignment.
• Maintain field data accuracy and compliance.
