Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily railcar repair operations and lead a skilled workforce.
• Conduct site walks to monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure compliance.
• Drive performance against KPIs including turnaround time and cost efficiency.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and workforce planning.
• Lead safety toolbox talks and align on safety and production goals.
• Ensure accurate repair tracking and customer updates.
